As of yet I am the only reported survivor of Forge World Collix, brought ruin by the 14th Black Crusade. Until my possible rescue, I will be attending my duties expected in Code Black disasters; looking for survivors, making repairs, recovering supplies and data, etc. However, I have also come across some data and scripts and will be logging my research on the 14th Black Crusade.
It begins with Dark Angels Brother Legionnaire Theodosius. He was stationed in several different battles in the Great Crusades until Primarch Lion El'Jonson placed him into the half of the Legion that was defending Caliban. It appears all records from M31.014 to M41.886 were expunged or lost. He reappears on pict recordings of the inside of a small transport craft departing from the frigate ironically named Unbreakable. This small craft was, however, also experiencing failure to maintain flight. Pict recordings show Theodosius killing the passengers, appearing to be someone of importance and his guards. The resulting crash finished off all possible survivors, except for Theodosius.
Theodosius landed on a world named Kurahk, inhabited by very few, roughly 3 million, scattered about the world in mostly separate tribes. He landed on the west side of the Karoga Region. Surrounding the Unbreaking crash site is three small city-states known as Hubbard, Syrica, and the Aggrax Warband.
Hubbard, ruled by Lord Dismas, mobilized his troops as many city-states in the area were in preparation for conquering the fallen frigate. One scout, known as Kyte, witnessed "Theo's Landing" and was the first to find Theo. He brought the "Angel of Death" to Lord Dismas, hoping it will bring Kyte to some sort of power or nobility. However, Dismas immediately began to prepare troops, thinking that using the Angel of Death as some sort of death machine will launch him to global power, providing promise of riches to Kyte and Theodosius as reward for their cooperation.
Lord Dismas, with Theodosius and Kyte, set off with only a mere fifty of his men. On the way to Unbreaking, they encountered Theo's Landing once again, though this time it was being investigated.
I have come upon some Dark Angel records that were in the possession of the Chaos. It appears to be research and records from Interrogator Chaplain Belaroth and his research team. He was searching for Theodosius for 184 Terran years, believing a Power Blade once used by another Dark Angel would lead him there. It also appears that Theodosius is a "Fallen Angel," and I'm assuming that is what a renegade Dark Angel is referred to. Chaplain Belaroth finally found Theodosius, however the outcome was now how he intended it to be.
Interrogator Chaplain Belaroth and his escort of ten Dark Angels met with Theodosius, Kyte, Lord Dismas, and their fifty zealots. Observing pict recordings, it appears that Belaroth challenged Theodosius to single combat if Theo didn't turn himself in. Blows were exchanged until+++

Theodosius, against all medical reason, grew wings resembling those of a crow. Due to a stray lasgun shot disabling armor to the leg, Belaroth was incapacitated. Theodosius flew at amazing speeds and struck Belaroth again, then knelt over him. Theo removed Belaroth's helmet and the pict recording ended.
Only five Dark Angels escaped into a transport. Reports show that later the transport was stranded on Kurahk for three months until it's signal was lost.
Several scripts read that Kyte and Theodosius assumed some sort of shared Lordship over Hubbard.
I believe it is time for me to perform sacred rituals and meditation to cleanse my mind.
